Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking Required All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and are subject to availability. Same-day bookings or walk-ins are not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. Non-Transferable Session packs are issued to a specific driver and are non-transferable. Sharing of sessions with other drivers is not permitted. Track Fees Not Included This package covers Motorscape’s support services only. Any applicable track fees are to be paid directly to the circuit operator and are not included in the package price. Service Inclusions Each session includes: - Trackside mechanical support for your kart - Tuning adjustments (within reason) - Basic diagnostic check Exclusions Major repairs, spare parts, and advanced engine work are not included and will be quoted separately if needed.
